Hello, I'm trying it use the Microsoft Office Chart control 11.0 in VB.net (for a windows forms project) and can't seem to get it to work, I've been playing around with various snippets of code. below is what I've got at the moment, I'm trying to feed in literal numbers. I placed a chart control on the form and called it ChartSpace1 and adjusted a couple of settings to get it roughly as I want it, then ran this code:

I am trying to build a chart into a spreadsheet using OWC11. I have lots of examples of building charts to send to ASP pages, and lots for creating spreadsheets, but nothing about putting a chart into a spreadsheet. From what I've seen I need the ChartObjects member of the ActiveSheet class which comes in Interop, but it's not in OWC. Does anyone have any experience putting a chart into a spreadsheet with OWC? joedirt

I am using OWC 11 in my new web application for displaying charts. Is it possible in OWC 11 to combine and display a column and a line graph (Looking like they overlap each other)? I tried it using this code but it doesn' t work. int width = 400; int height = 300; Bitmap bmpChart = new Bitmap(width, height, PixelFormat.Format16bppRgb555);

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
