insert,update,d elete in webform

i m writing code in c# insert,update,d elete in webform on button click but saying object instnce are not created,
wats exact code for these using simple textbox

This is one problem:

Try string str = "insert into sms (smstext) values (' " & Textbox1.Text & " ')";
