I am using Visual Studio.NET 2002 Professional and am attempting to
create a report on Crystal Reports for .NET.
I know that Crystal Reports can group on anything, and when I add
multiple
groups, the groups are childs of the first group.

I have a series of crystal reports, some have subreports, that I need to put
together in one file on one click form the user. So put I imported the
separate rpt files as subreports into one big master report. Now I know
crystal doesn't support subreports in subreports.
If the lowest level subreports existed as rpt files, I could import them

I have a transaction log file where the DataSet table's Description column
is actually delimited into "subcolumns" based upon the transaction id. I
would like to parse these into separate fields for reporting purposes and am
wondering if anyone knows if this is easily accomplished using the .NET
version of Crystal Reports?
For example, the description column may be reporting on a dataentry error as
follows:

Hi,
I am using VS .NET 2003 and the included Crystal Reports .NET. I have
built a windows form that displays a grouping report using the report
viewer. I would like the end-user to be able to choose the grouping
field from a dropdown list.
I've tried the sample code in the Crystal Help for .NET and it doesn't
work for me.

I need a help in Crystal Report?!
When I'm using Crystal Report Command Based Report that include Graphs and
Grouping and then change the report command using
report(OBJECT).SetDataSource(Command) it doesn't retreive the correct sql
command and retreive the data of the old command that have been used in

I have VS.2005 standard edition. I was reading the help and it says to
insert a report use the report Crystal Reports grouping. I can't find
either the item or the grouping. I have also tried adding the tool but
either can't figure out the name or something. I did as full install as far
as I can tell.
Anybody have a clue? Is it supposed to be there?

hi all,
i have encountered a problem when using crystal reports (bundled with
vs2003). i'm using .ttx file to build the report in the designer. then
in my code i set the datasource to a datatable. the error occurs if i
add a group section in the report. if there is no grouping the report
runs ok.
any help would be very much appreciated.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
