Hi fellow developers,
I have a crystal report with a subreport whose (N of M)
special field only shows the page number at the last page
of the subreport. The page number is on the subreport and
it's supposed to show on every page.
I have placed this special field in a group section
that's set to "Repeat Group Header on each Page". I tried
unchecking the "Keep Togerther" from the Detail section
above the group section, but this doesn't...

Hey all,
I am trying to try get a crytal report running properly. A "Hello World"
report that does not add criteria to the record selection formula of the
report (either in the development tool, or in the code) works fine.
However, when I try to add any parameter through the record selection
formula and/or the report parameters method, the report crashes.
I have tried each of the methods:

I posted this in another forum, but I'm adding it here to for more
exposure.I am using Visual Studio 2003 and trying to get Crystal
Reports to produce output. If you have any ideas, please let me know.
This is a common problem, but nobody seems to have an answer for it.
CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.LogOnException: Logon failed.
What does that mean, specifically? What logon is failing?

Hello,
I need some help with a report in vb.net.
I had a report, based on a dataset, that worked great.
I had to add a 'sub-report' to this same report.
So in my .xsd file (my dataset) I added another (linked) table.
I created my subform in Crystal reports, changed my 'database location' and
it all seems as though it should work.
But my subreport is never populated.
If there should be data in my subreport, an extra row shows up in mymain...

Does anyboday know how to export subreport data using the export button
in crystal report tool bar?
We have a main report including a on-demand report. When we click the
on-demand button, the page show the subreport detail, that's fine. but when
i click the export button on crystal report tool bar, the page automatically
go to the main report and export main report.
Does anybod know how to do that?

but it print the main report regardless the viewer view the main or the
subreport .

I have a series of crystal reports, some have subreports, that I need to put
together in one file on one click form the user. So put I imported the
separate rpt files as subreports into one big master report. Now I know
crystal doesn't support subreports in subreports.
If the lowest level subreports existed as rpt files, I could import them

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
