How to do online chatting in asp.net1.1 and sqlserver2000
This is not an easy question.
You are going to have to spend the time researching the topic and plan your system before we can help you. The experts here are more than willing to assist you with any problems you may have but we cannot do your project/homework for you.
I suggest designing screens first, then write down the dialog of what each screen does (user presses button a, system preforms function x...user presses button b, system preforms function q...). This will give you a good idea of what you need to cover in your project and it will help you plan it out.
