I have a form.
The form has input fields.
The user enters information onto the form presses submit, the information
goes to a database.
All is good.
Now, I want to change the form so that the user can print it.
When printing, the input fields are hidden using css and media='print'.
I'm trying to display the value of the input field so that it is invisible
when media != 'print' as follows

Hello all,
Because you have been so helpfull the last couple of times, I thought after
testing and wasting more than 20 pages (and google-ling for 3 days :-( ). I
would ask you again for your help.
The problem is this:
If I print a rectangle which begins at (0,0) and the margins are also set to
0 (l:0, t:0, r:0, b:0) then it prints fine (ok, not quite because 0,0 is
inside the none printable area but I corrected for that by checking...

Hello, I'm writing a simple application in Visual C++. The application
basically takes in a set of values (of type double and int) and outputs a set
of values. Both the input and output is implemented through dialog boxes
(via the dialogbox function). I wanted to be able to print out the values of
the output to a printer attached to the computer running the application.

user's printer, without having to download it first...
I needed something like a button, and when the user clicks the button, a
print preview window , or adobe, whatever.. will open up and allow the user
to see what the document looks like, then have the open to close it or print

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
