I've been using XML Documentation in my class libraries since I
discovered this, and I have been using NDoc to produce help files from
the xml files so that the documentation is available outside of Visual
Studio as well.
With the introduction of .NET 2.0, generics, iterators, etc. NDoc seems
to be behind in support for this. I've looked at the code but unless
you're one of the main contributors I think it's going to be hard to

I have an ASP.NET 2.0 website in Visual Studio 2005 (ie I open it with File
| Open Web Site...). I have put XML comments in the source code in the
App_Code directory (with <summary> tags, etc) and I want to turn these into
XML files that can then be run through NDoc (along with app_code.dll) to
produce help files. I've even found an (apparently stable) port of NDoc for

I need to generate 2 random numbers in rapid sequence from either PHP or
mysql.
I have not been able to do either. I get the same number back several times
from PHP's mt_rand() and from mysql's RAND().
any ideas?
I suppose I could use the current rancom number as the seed for the next
random number. but would that really work?

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
