Description:
I have an aspx page that include both a dropdownlist and
an infragistics ultrawebgrid (version 2).
The problem is that the grid's UpdateGrid and
UpdateCellBatch events are being fired after the
dropdownlist's selectindexchanged event (The dropdown
list is set to autopostback.)

My team and I would like to use Infragistics for both WinForm and
WebForm development. From a technical perspective we see the benefits. The
boss wants me to quantify ROI. The primary question I get is 'what does the
Infragistic grid give me that the ASP.NET grid does not?' I get similar
questions for the other Infragistic controls that are complements of

Hi all.
I'm fast becoming very fed up with the standard .net datagrid. I rely on
grids a great deal, the .net grid is a pain to work with and very difficult
to customise.
Has anyone used any 3rd party grids? Can anyonw suggest an 'easy to use'
grid?

Hi everyone,
We're needing to pick a suite of components for our C#/VS 2005 development.
Top on our list is a treeview that integrates with a datagrid. I think all
the big goes provide that.
Does anyone know which suite is the "best" or are they (Infragistics,
ComponentOne, DevExpress, other) all about the same?

I was hoping someone has come across this and came up with a solution.
We have upgraded our custom software to us Infragistics UltraWinGrid
2006 CLR 2.0. The code below worked with a previous release of the
UltraWinGrid.
When the user clicks on the 'Select All' button this code is selecting
all rows in the grid. The grid has band(0) and band(1) (Parent and
multiple children)

I have two tables that I'm trying to display in a Master Detail fashion in an Infragistics UltraGrid. I added both tables to a dataset and added a datarelation between the two tables using the field that related both. When I run my application Ultra Grid just displays the master table, the child table is not displayed. Does anybody know what is wrong with my code? Hello ng,
I have a datagrid that is bound to a datasource. That works good so far. Now
I want to add another column to my grid dynamically. That also works good
until the first postback. The column is still there but for some reason its
content is empty. I added the code underneath this post. The problem is that
the delegate CreateCellTemplate is not called anymore. But why? I can't
understand.. :-( Viewstate is enabled for the grid.

Hi there.
I am trying to find th best way (best UI control) to present hierarchical
data, nested tables. For example, I have a Employees table (id, name) and
EmployeesSales (id, idEmp, description, value).
I want to show this in an hierarchical mode, so I tried DataGrid control.
However, as I read somewhere, this DataGrid can only show one table at a
time, i.e., when I click "plus" sign, I have only a link to the
EmployeesSales table.
