"The system cannot locate the resourc" on xmlhttp.send execution

When executing the xmlhttp.send function to request shipper for available
shipments (I send xml as string and receive result xml):

XMLHTTP xmlhttp = new XMLHTTP();
xmlhttp.open("P OST", "https://gateway.fedex.c om:443/GatewayDC",
false, "", "");
xmlhttp.setRequ estHeader("Cont ent-Type",
"applicatio n/x-www-form-urlencoded");

xmlhttp.send(st rXML);

I got an error:

I have load balancing running. The problem comes when load balancer switches
from Server1 to Server2. On Server 1 the same code executes successfuly.
Server2 is configured like Server1, and has no firewall.

I searched the forums, but did not find the exact answer. Can you suggest
the possible reasons of such error?

I'm currently writing a JS->Scheme compiler (which, using Bigloo, automatically yields a JS->C, JS->JVM, JS->.NET compiler), and have a question concerning the function-parameters: According to the spec (10.1.6) the activation-object already contains the the parameters-object when the variables are instantiated (10.1.3). The question is now: does a parameter "parameters" overwrite the "parameters"-object or not? All three implementations...

Hi all, In a discussion with Tak-Shing Chan the question came up whether the as-if rule can cover I/O functions. Basically, he maintains it can, and I think it doesn't. Consider two programs: /*** a.c ***/

Does anyone know how I can print a fully rendered .aspx to the server's printer? I know that, if I wanted to print to the client's printer it would be easy (ie. use javascript's window.print()). However, I need to print to the server's printer. I need to print the fully rendered .aspx page from the codebehind .aspx.cs page to the server's printer. I've tried using SHDocVw.InternetExplorer and SHDocVw.WebBrowser but I just can't seem...

A few users today received the message "The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed" on their web browser while using an ASP.NET web app. The problem went away but has anyone seen this before on a error page? I think it occured when users were reporting general slow web performance. I've seen it while users try to log into an NT domain from their desktops but not while using a web browser. Users can log...

I googled the error and not much was returned, but I did find this; http://forums.asp.net/918725/ShowPost.aspx I tried both items in the forum and it works for a few hits then it happens again! Anyone have the same problem? How do I fix this?

This program works fine on my desktop when I grant full control of the MSAccess database to everyone. However, when I put it on my hosting service with no impersonation, I now get this error (see below). Can anyone suggest what the problem is? When I turn on impersonation, I get "unspecified error". See below. Thanks, Siegfried

The "toupper" function takes an int as an argument. That's not too irrational given that a character literal is of type "int" in C. (Although why it isn't of type "char" escapes me... ) The "toupper" function imposes a further constrait in that the value passed to it must be representable as a unsigned char. (If C does not require all character values to be positive, then again, this constrait too escapes me... ) Let's say we have the...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
