Hi,
I have one weakly named(i.e. not strong named) assembly/xyz.dll. And other
strong named assemblies/.dll. I have found that I can't use weakly named
assembly with strong named assembly.
How can I convert weekly named assembly to strong named assembly. Or other
possible way.
One more question: If I create assembly for C# with strong name. Can some
one else, who is not using strong name, will be able to use it in his C#

At what time is the call to MethodOne linked to the actual MSIL (method

I have compiled libraries as dlls (managed) and I have to uniquely enumerate
it (kind of Guid for each one). All of them implements the same interface
(see code block) and generate ID each time it called. I want to fix it into
assembly (option 1) or use any internal GUID of assemble if
possible (Option 2). How to implement it without changing all implementation
classes (including abstracts)? Are any unique ID for compiled dll in .NET?

Maybe I haven't had that "a-ha" moment yet, but I think the new
approach to web projects is a step in the wrong direction. My main
beef is that control over the assembly generation process has been

Anybody use Strong Name Signing? I think this is used by default for
Resource files, which is one reason perhaps I can't get my resource
files to work (somehow the public key is messed up, perhaps since I've
installed so many versions of Visual Studio)

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
