I ran the DebugView application to capture additional information regarding
this issue. Is there a command I can invoke that will update TFS so that it
is not processing something that is out dated?

I followed the instructions to capture all Process Warehouse messages using
DebugView. I confirmed with my project development team and they stated where
the exception occured is information that's old and out dated. The
information should only be there for historical purposes. How can I get TFS
to process this information properly? The result of the dump:
