save file on users computer

hi everybody

two problems
1. I need that user to be able to save information from textboxes of the web
form to his computer.
I wrote something like this
fileopen(1,"c:\ foldername....)
this suppose to save on users C drive but it saves on my computer in folder
which is not shared at all..!

2. Is there anything similar to openfiledialog for asp.. I tried with
fileinut but i comes that it's not enough

I apprisiate any answer
