Hi There,
I have a page that has links with some variables and I need to open the
results set in a frameset. I have tried doing this in various different
ways, but still cannot get the variable passed to the relevant frames within
the frameset.
What is the best way of getting this done.

I have a login screen that validates username and password returning the ID
in a table of the user logging in. I then use server.transfer to split into
two screens as shown below. I would like to pass this ID to PAGE1.ASPX and
PAGE2.ASPX as shown below without using cookies and without passing the data
on the command line.
Is there a way to accomplish this task? I know that it can be done form
ASPX page to ASPX page, but I do not see...

I have an aspx page: Main.aspx which has several components that cause
a postback. In the page Main.aspx I also have an iframe which contains
a multi-page pdf file.
The problem I am facing is that whenever the user does an action which
causes a postback on the main page Main.aspx, the page posts back and
the pdf file in the iframe is reloaded. This is a problem becuase if
the user has rotated or magnified the page then that is lost.

I have 3 ASP.NET forms written in C#, I also have 3 frames (left, top and bottom) one for each form. My question is if I have data on one form in the bottom frame how do I access this data when I click on the button which is on the top frame?
I want to save the data from the bottom frame to the database when a user clicks on the Update button.
Does anyone have an example on how to do this?

Hi there,
I'm currently creating a .NET Web Application and I have a question about
passing values from one screen to another. I previously used Session
variables in the code to store these values, however I can no longer use
this method because of my current website "Cloaking" the URL. (When site is
cloked, the session variables don't seem to work with frames)

right frame is running images.aspx. When a selection is made in menu.aspx I
call a method in images.aspx and pass a variable. The intention is that

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
