I'm missing something and need a push in the right direction.
If I create a php file with the following content, and call it via a
browser, it works as expected.

echo "hello world";
?>
If I embed the same thing in a simple HTML file, I get nothing.

I am looking for a way to get my transformations to output a default
value from <xsl:value-of/> if a selected element doesn't exist or is
empty without having to have tons and tons of <xsl:choose/> blocks
everywhere. Is there a quick solution to this or am I going to have
to take the pain? (Also, suggestions on where else I should post this
question would be helpful.)

I want to display a MySQL database field that can contain HTML markup.
If I use <esql:get-string> then I get all of the database field, but
all tags are escaped which is not what I want. If I use <esql:get-xml>
the tags are not escaped, but only the first part of the database
field is displayed.
The content of the database field is:
"<h1>Title</h1><h2>Subtitle</h2>"

I do xml / xslt transformation using asp.net but I found
any value (w/xml format) in xml node html-encoded to < and > format if
it's > or < tag.
Since I have sub xml data in a parent xml node as a value.
Check out the following problem. I want to convert the value in <WpDatesXml>
node to have a valid "<" and ">" instead of < or > format so that I can
use this xml for another use. Please help!

I'm searching for a php script that can find out whether the current
user (I know _SERVER will give me the name for
non-cgi php) has the right to view a specific file.
My dream is that I just need a short php script that just asks the

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
