how to use multiple XSD when generating proxies and wsdl???

Hi
(Sorry for the cross-posting)

We are developing a SOAPService which has its types defines in different
XSDs like

CommonTypes.xsd (namespace http:/MyNamespace/commonTypes
-ComplexTypeA
-ComplexTypeB
-ComplexTypeC
ConcreteA.xsd (namespace http://MyNamespace/ConcreteA)

-ElementA1 : ComplextTypeA
-ElementA2 : ComplexTypeB

ConcreteB.xsd (namespace http://MyNamespace/ConcreteB)

-ElementB1 : ComplextTypeC
ConcreteA and ConcreteB are importing CommonTypes.xsd

We are having big difficulties generating the proxies for these XSD.
We have tried the following tools

XSDObjectGen.ex e from MS
CodeXS
xsd.exe
None of them seems to be able to cope with the scenario of having different
xsd and different namespaces.

Anyone know how to generate proxies and Wsdl from this kind of structure????
Regards Morten

Hi, I'm trying to understand a situation where ASP seems to be "blocking" of "queuing" requests. This is on a Win2K Advanced Server, with IIS5. I've seen some posts (e.g., http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&selm=Tidy7IDbDHA.2108%40cpmsftngxa06.phx.gbl) that indicate that ASP will queue up requests when they come in with the same "session".

I've got two web services that use the same data types and that clients will have to consume. I read the msdn article on sharing types (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/dnservice/html/service07162002.asp) but I don't want clients to have to add two web references and then manually have to edit the proxy classes. After doing some searching I found that putting references to multiple web services in a .disco...

We are using .Net and the wsdl Utility to generate proxies to consume web services built using the BEA toolset. The data architects on the BEA side create XML schemas with various entities in separate files for ease of maintainability. These schemas are all part of the same namespace. When defining a web service that access more than one of these entities, the wsdl file generated by BEA contains multiple schema elements with the same...

Dear all, I am having trouble generating a client proxy for a webservice whose methods return a "complex" type. The type is complex in that it is a class whose members are a mix of primitive types and of more elaborate classes implementing IXmlSerializable. The resulting WSDL file for the webservice has two separate schemas in its <types> sections, and the client proxy (generated with wsdl.exe) is missing the definitions of the...

I am designing wsdl that uses multiple schemas. I can do this in two ways: 1) use multiple schema imports in one wsdl or 2) use multiple schema imports in to one common schema and then import a single common schema in the wsdl. The issue is complicated because I have several wsdls with several common and unique schemas. As an example serviceA_Ports.wsdl imports a commonServiceTypes.Xml, commonFaultTypes.xml, and serviceA.xml ...

Using .NET framework 1.1 SP1, .NET framework SDK 1.1 SP1, Visual Studio .NET 2003, hotfixes 892202 and 823639. I create a proxy class using wsdl.exe, and in the serialized XML request, I see that any elements that are nested elements in the schema (not global elements) have their namespaces set to the null namespace. I can see that the proxy classes have serialization attributes specifying these nested elements as unqualified: ///...

If you've configured .NET Remoting to use more than one channel of the same type, for example two TcpClientChannels with unique names, when you want to create a proxy to a remote object how do you specify which channel you want that proxy to use? Thanks in advance.

Hi, everyone When I first set up a web service in .Net 1.1, seems .Net will automatically build the WSDL file. And the element type of each field in input and output has been automatically created. How can I change some fields from mandatory to optional from the code, instead of manually modifying the WSDL file? Thank you very much.

Hi, I am trying to include two proxy classes (from two different web services say Namespace.Service1 and Namespace.Service2) in a project (C# Class lib). These webservice internally use (as input or return) custom classes' objects e.g. userinfo, customerinfo etc. When i generate the proxy classes for these services using wsdl, the definition for custom classes' is also generated in the proxy classes.

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
