Error: The format of the URI could not be determined

I'm trying to access a password protected web service. My code is as
follows:

Dim BS7666 As New bs7666.BS7666 'New instance of my web service
Dim CredCache As CredentialCache = New CredentialCache
Dim WebSvcURL As System.Uri = New System.Uri(BS76 66.Url)
CredCache.Add(W ebSvcURL, "Basic", New NetworkCredenti al("USERNAME",
"PASSWORD", "DOMAIN")) 'This is the line it fails on
BS7666.Credenti als = CredCache
Dim DataSet_bs7666 As New DataSet
DataSet_bs7666 = BS7666.GetAddre sses(CStr(0), "", strPostCode.ToL ower,
BuildingNoOrNam e.ToLower, "", strStreet.ToLow er, 0, 0)

Error:
Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined.
Any help will be much appreciated - I've been struggling with this all
day!

I'm consuming a web service produced by a Java, non-Microsoft system. The response will have two complex elements. One of those has an array of items. Before I get back to my code, the system gets an exception: Error in XML document at (2, 1010). The exception object shows the following stack string: _stackTraceString at System.Number.ParseUInt32(String s, NumberStyles style, NumberFormatInfo info)

I have been having some trouble getting my XSL style sheet to parse correctly. I have some XML outputted from an SQL-Server, that I then need to turn into multiple HTML files. This I have done with moderate success using Saxon and <xsl:result-document>, but Saxon is throwing an error and I don't know how to resolve it. Maybe someone can offer some advice? This is a long question, for which I apologise... OS= Windows XP Pro, Saxon=8.8 XML...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
