Some Methods not exposed in WSDL for HTTP Post protocol

Dde
Hi,

Sorry for re-posting on a similar subject.
The problem I have is that my webmethods using complex objects as parameters
are not exposed in the WSDL under the HTTP Post protocol section but are
present in the SOAP protocol section. Of course I enabled HTTP Post in the
web.config and it works since other webmethods are exposed.
Final question is does HTTP Post protocol support complex types ?
Thanks
Dominique

Please comment on the new PEP for reverse iteration methods. Basically, the idea looks like this: for i in xrange(10).iter_backwards(): # 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,0 <do something with i> The HTML version is much more readable than the ReST version. See: http://www.python.org/peps/pep-0322.html

I have read with interest the recent thread about closures. The funny thing is that the authors are arguing one against the other but I actually agree with all of them and I have a proposal that may be of some interest. To refresh your memory, I report here some quotation from that thread. Jacek Generowicz: > I sumbit to you that read-only closures are rare in Python because > they are a recent addition to the language.

Hi all, I'm a seasoned web programmer, but I've never touched XSLT. It's always been one of those acronyms I've never needed to educate myself on. Now... we're working with a web content provider who says we need to use XSLT and Web Services to pull the content from their site. Can someone give me a nutshell definition on how this works??? We use Cold Fusion MX on our web server, but I'm having trouble finding a

I'm currently working an .net application (I can use 1.1 or 2.0 if needed) that needs to read a wsdl file and generate another piece of code that can use it. I'm encountering a problem where I cannot extract all of the type information from the wsdl using any standard tools. I'm using HttpGet style webservices if that makes any difference, but I want to be able to use any type. 1. I've tried the ServiceDescription.Types and I cannot...

I'd like to generate my WebService interface from an XSD schema. Here's what I've done: 1. created a XML file 2. use the xsd.exe to generate the XSD: C:\>xsd my.xml 3. my.xsd is generated 4. try to generate the WebService interface using wsdl.exe: C:\>wsdl /serverInterface /protocol:SOAP my.xsd 5. An error occurs and no classes are generated (see below) and Interface.cs

I have been asked to allow one of our old-school .asp pages to support being used as a web service. Specifically, WSDL was mentioned. I am not an expert on this , but I have done quite a bit of reading, and I understand that I can create a WSDL file that supports HTTP POST and then use WSDL.exe with the proper parameters to generate a web service proxy. To this point, all I get from WSDL.exe when doing so is "Warning: no classes were...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development projectplanning, coding, testing, and deploymentwithout human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
