System.Byte[] is the value returned after DB query - Why?

I use a plugin to be able to use MySQL database. Queries and everything works
fine - except when returning values from fields of type "text". Every value
that is stored in a table field "text" is returned as the value
"System.Byt e[]" in stead of the real text.

Why does this happen?

Every other field types are returned OK (varchar, int, datetime...)

Hi, Has anyone successfully used the FTP stuff in the System.Net namespace against a VMS FTP server? I'm trying to do this at the moment and can't even get a directory listing, although there are no problems using the Chilkat FTP component, or connecting and browsing manually with a variety of FTP clients. The code I'm using is:

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...
