MSScriptControl .ScriptControl

I have the next code:

Dim Script As Object = CreateObject("M SScriptControl. ScriptControl")

I've run this application in WinXP and it works normally, but if I run the
application in Win98, the next error comes out:
ActiveX component can't create object

I've already instaled Windows Script Control in the computer but it didn't
work

What can I do?
Thanks
Alejandra
