I want to create a web setup project but I only have the standard
edition of Visual C#. Is there anyway I can create this type of setup
project without getting a different edition of VC#?

Hi All,
I would like to know how to create a setup and deployment project for all my
source code solution with varying projects such as VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web
Services, etc. so that I could install my source code to my remote pc using
a setup program w/o breaking their references to one another.

The problem started when the Working Folder for a project was somehow set to
the folder of another project. I set the correct working folder in VSS and
deleted the .vbproj files that had been created in the wrong folder on the
hard drive. Before I discovered these files, .NET kept trying to create a
new project with _1 following the project name. Deleting those files
corrected that problem.

SBS 2003 Server
Windows 2003 Enterprise Server (setup as an Application Server)
Windows XP Pro Desktop

There is one more problem I am facing but didn't get the solution. In my
Setup Program I am not been able to create 2 things (when the program is
intalled on the client machine ) : (1) create shortcut to my program/utility
(2) Entry in Windows' Start --> Program Menu.
Actually in my VB.Net solution I have two projects (1) MYPROGRAM (2)
MYPROGRAM_INSTALLER. MYPROGRAM is a "Windows Application".
MYPROGRAM_INSTALLER is a "SetUp Wizard"...

Hello I have a "solution" that has 7 VB.Net projects in it. Some of
the VB.Net projects are dll librarys but 3 are applications (so there
are 7-3=4 dlls) I want to install with a setup program/application.
I have created a Setup application as part of my "solution" using the

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
