Regarding ActiveX control

I m trying hard to create an activeX control that will be having an datagrid
control in VC++ 6.0.
My Approach: I am creating a project of type MFC ActiveX control wizard.
Adding a dialog to the resources. RtClink on the dialog and selecting Insert
ActiveX control, then selecting Microsoft Datagrid from it. The data grid
control is placed over the dialog. Im able to build the activeX
successfully. But when I try to run it in an ActiveX container, I get
message as "Debug assertion failed" File: winocc.cpp.

Can anyone suggest me how to create an activeX control thats has Datagrid.
If I can get some sample code then it will be of great help.
Iam a beginner in VC++.
Thanks,

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
