I am setting up HS in 8i, when I go to $ORACLE_HOME/bin and do a ldd
hsodbc i get the below error message, I have done a relink to recreate
the hsodbc executable but still no luck. I do have a tar open with
oracle but am just curious if anyone has seen this before.

1. rc4.c (defines one function "create_pin()")
2. MyImpl.c(calling the function "create_pin()"),This implements JNI

Hi,
typeinfo class has a private constructor and only typeid can return
object to typeinfo class. So here I am wondering how these two are
related. Are these two related through 'friend' so that typeid can
access private methods of typeinfo class.
Can some one list me the exact declaration of typeid and typeinfo class
if they have right away ?

I need a hand with some stubborn link errors.
I'm trying to recreate and old program from 6.0 into .NET, but for some reason when I try to compile I'm getting linking errors for all my function calls that deal with sockets. I've included <winsock2.h> in stdafx.h and I linked to ws2_32.lib by going to project properties->linker->general->additional library directories and typing in ws2_32.lib.
Am I missing some include files or have the...

LNK1120 is a standard C++ error. you using Visual C++? Means your
references a class that doesnt exist or something similiar to that.
