I'm using wxPython and design the gui via wxglade. One of the gui
components is a simple dialog class that gets displayed when a user
exits the program.
I want to use the same dialog but with a different text for closing
certain dialogs in the program. (it's a pure "do you want to exit
<insert screen name>" dialog)
What would i better use, knowing the rest of the gui is in a resource
(xrc) file:

Hi,
I'm currently developing an application capable of loading dll's
dynamically. The dll's will primarily be developed in C#, but there are old
legacy dll's that must be migrated from VC++ 6.0 as well.
To configure each dll independently, I'm thinking that a dialog box from
each dll could be spawned directly from it. Do any of you have a better
suggestion? The final product will be a Windows Service application loading

I have BIG solution with about 80 projects. In one of the projects I
have a number of dialogs (the dialog project :-) ). I have decided
that I do not want to use the "form"-mechanism (using the property
"localized=true") for localization since the strings I show are not

I am developing an app that has lots of similar dialog boxes. I have
successfully cloned them using the text editor in the resource script
file, and by entering the ID's in resource.h using the text editor.
Everything seems to work. But now I look back in resource.h and find
that some ID's have identical ID numbers. I think I realize how this
came to be - by not updating the MAX symbols at the bottom of the
file. But how can the app work...

Hello,
I have a multilingual application, to which I am adding Russian. The prolem
is that all the dialog boxes & Menus are showing junk characters instead of
Cyrillics!!
while my window contents are working fine. I tried setting the Regional
options to Russion, but still the same problem, I also put the font of the
dialog box to be Arial Unicode MS but that didn't help.
What do I have to do to make my Dialog boxes and fonts come up in...

I need to put up a simple modal dialog, and am surprised how hard it seems
to be. Am I missing something here?
I have created a dialog resource IDD_DELETE_S9. It has some static text
plus 3 buttons. The buttons have ids of IDOK, IDCANCEL and IDC_RENAME. All
