I have created a simple Client-side SOAP Extension for a webclass that I
have. When I apply the extension attribute to the the calling function in the
proxy class I get an error 'Value cannot be null'. When the extension
attribute is not applied it runs fine. The wierd thing is that it does not
appear to be an error within the SOAP extension because I break-pointed it
and when the proxy function gets called the SOAP extension runs fine....

Hi
I am having this InvalidOperationException with message Cannot call Invoke
or InvokeAsync on a control until the window handle has been created
This is raised when i try to invoke a method with arguments
I need to do this as the method is being called Asynchronously from
elsewhere using delegate's BeginInvoke method.
The form is well created/initialized yet the messages states otherwise.

I have a windows app. written in VB6, now we need to expose some of
its classes through a web service.
I am only able to expose the classes using late binding becasue that's
the way the original VB6 was written. I ahve already exposed some of
the original classes, and they work fine. Now, I added a new ActiveX
component to the windows app (in vb6). I am able to call it by late
binding from within the vb6 app. itself, and from a dummy vbs...

I have a Web Application written in C#. I am trying to call a web service

Hi!
I'm working with a C# client that calls a php web service. I've
created a wrapper to call the service using .NET wsdl tool (adding a
web reference).
The call to the server works fine, it is serialized correctly, and the
server returns a response (I've captured the response and it's
correct!) but when the .NET deserialize this response, it throws the
exception "System.InvalidOperationException: There is an error in XML

Hi,
I'm getting some very strange problems with some C# code. We're running
an ASP.NET application on a local server in a DMZ. If I access it using
the internal address, the application works fine, every time. But, if I
access on it's public IP, from my office workstation, from home, over
the VPN, a test machine on ADSL, or whatever else you please, it fails.
But only about 60% of the time.
I have tried everything to pin this down....

I am using C# to work with a 3rd party DLL (Nevron Charts), and attempting to serialise it. The serialisation itself is handled somewhere inside the DLL, so to get it to happen you call the Nevron's serialiser and then SaveToStream() which will serialises the chart object into a stream for you, which is all well and good...
Now for the problem: If I create a standalone application and use the serialiser to serialise charts it all works fine....

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
