Implementation of XPointer range-to?

Hello!

Is there an Implementation of XPointer for .NET which supports range-to?
(Or if not: how difficult is it to build it yourself?)

Your dreams have been fulfilled!
You will want to go to http://sourceforge.net/projects/mvp-xml/

Cheers, Mark

Hello!

Well, but there is no range-to support:

XPointer.NET supports XPointer element() Scheme, XPointer xmlns()
Scheme, XPointer xpath1() Scheme and XPointer xpointer() Scheme
(XPath subset only) [see: http://mvp-xml.sourceforge.net/xpointer/]

range-to does not belong to XPath, as far as I understand:
4.5 Functions Added by the xpointer() Scheme

The xpointer() scheme adds the following functions to those in XPath.

4.5.1 range-to Function

[see: http://www.w3.org/TR/xptr-xpointer/#rangeexprs]

The Pointer-Class throws an Exception, when the range-to-function is used...
Well, I will try to extend it :)

Hi, I posted a while ago for some help with my word finder program, which is now quite a lot faster than I could manage. Thanks to all who helped :) This time, I've written a basic batch binary usenet poster in Python, but encoding the data into yEnc format is fairly slow. Is it possible to improve the routine any, WITHOUT using non-standard libraries? I don't want to have to rely on something strange ;)

I've posted my revised C++ implementation of the Mersenne Twister at: http://www.coyotegulch.com/libcoyote/TwistedRoad/TwistedRoad.html This is "free-as-in-liberty" and "free-as-in-beer" code. The Mersenne Twister is a "random number" generator invented by Makoto Matsumoto and Takuji Nishimura; their website includes numerous implementations of the algorithm.

Both K&R book and Steve Summit's tutorial define a getline() function correctly testing the return value of getchar() against EOF. I know that getchar() returns EOF or the character value cast to unsigned char. Since char may be signed (and if so, the return value of getchar() would be outside its range), doesn't the commented line in the following code produce implementation-defined behaviour?

When you compile the expression for i in range(1000): pass does Python make an iterator for range(), and then generate the values on the fly? Or does Python actually allocate the list and then step through it? I was under the impression that recent releases of Python optimize this

I've been playing with Python a bit. Doing little performance benchmarks and working with Psyco. It's been fun and I've been learning a lot. For example, in a previous post, I was looking for a way to dynamically add new runtime function to a class. Martin told me to use a class instance variable instead. It turns out that's faster than hard coding a list of functions. Thanks Martin. I read that the range function builds a list and...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
