XML -> Access -> XML plus useful validation

I have an XML file that needs to fill 4 MS Access tables and then later
after processing I need to export back to the same structured but different
XML file.

I also have to validate the XML file before importing and after exporting,
and log errors. I would like the validator to tell me which fields are not
validating and why so I can log rich error information. I don't think MS
VS. NET gives me this with XML Validator.

What is the easiest way to do this? (I have a tight deadline - am open to
purchasing a good component if .NET can't do this easily)

I use Paradox tables for all my schema tables and intermediate processing
and C# for code.
Any one have good examples? (Total Newbie here)

Thanks,

I need to provide an example to upper management on how this works, but I don't have the time to write one. Does someone already have some code (java and c/vc/vc++) that demonstrates java using jni to call a dll that uses map to reach an exchange server? Thanks Mike

Is there a specific path I can follow to upsize my access 2000 database which has: 20 tables - mixture of primary and foreign tables 20 queries (action, select etc) Built on top of this access database is a set of front-end ASP pages and backend administration pages using a combination of stored queries etc. I am very hesitant about the whole process as I have just my application

I've recently added form functionality on my website, which runs with the aid of a perl script and sends the results via an email message. I'm currently able to import, or link, data from a specific mail folder (Outlook 2002) to an MS Access database (Access 2002). However, my problem is the message body, which contains the data I'm interested in, is all placed in the one field. I would like the data contained in the message body to be...

I have an ASP.NET application running and am trying to get the module information for this process (the aspnet_wp.exe process I assume) The call to System.Diagnostics.Process.get_Modules() is returning an "Access is denied" error. Does anyone have any idea why? The stack trace is as follows: at System.Diagnostics.ProcessManager.OpenProcess(Int32 processId, Int32 access, Boolean throwIfExited) at...

Hi. I'm a little confused about the code that resides in the code-behind of a MasterPage and the code that resides in the code-behind of the actual pages that USE that MasterPage. I'm noticing, for example, that the Page_Load on the specific page executes before the Page_Load of its MasterPage. Is this right? But what I really want to understand is VARIABLE SCOPE, etc. between the two. For example: Is there a way for me to write code...

Over the past several years I have had to deal with an increasing number of problems involving setting up mdac, isams, service packs and the like on client machines. Often these are not installed, not installed properly, or not up-to-date. With 60 notebooks, there may be 30 distinct configurations. Current Visual Studio (2005?) applications require the presence of the .Net framework. Has this lessened or increased the frequency of the...

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
