Dear All, can anyone help here?
I need to use XML/XSLT to print out some documents which must all have
the same letterhead and footer section on all pages. The section in
between is dynamic XML, and will be of variable length.
Is it possible in XSLT to specify that this section must appear on
every page in this position?
And what is the best strategy for specifying that the variable XML

From the same C++ source code, I'm attempting to generate both an unmanaged
DLL and a managed assembly. This will eliminate interop as the calling code
is slowly migrated to .NET.
However, C++ native compilation allows fixed size buffers (e.g. char
pathName) which we've used to represent a memory mapped file, and I
can't find out how to implement the same in C++/CLI
i.e.

To upgrade or not? This, to me, is based upon whether or not Microsoft
has -- at least -- fixed the buggy controls from VS2003:
Combo (clearing and binding context issues)
Checked ListBox (checked items losing status when control goes visible)
Datagrid (header alignment to the right smashes into the grid)
DataAdapter (creates timestamp for Insert command, amongst other oddities)
Did I forget something? Does anyone know for certain if...

I'm putting together a small brochureware site to sell my house

initially, but I'm trying to get it as semantic and CSS-ish as possible, as
a programming exercise if nothing else.
The two-column float layouts I've seen require me to specify the width of

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
