You can write the data using the WriteXml method, and then open the xml file
in Excel.

Hi, I have to export data inside the datagrid into an excel worksheet. I have to do this on button click event. I am trying to do like this. First get the DataTable from the datagrid and iterate through each row to get the data. I am not able to get the DataTable from the datagrid. How could I do that? I tried like this but it is not working Dim dt as DataTable = CType(datagrid1.DataSource, DataTable)

I'm trying to figure out a way to export data (actually the result of a Stored Procedure call from SQL Server) into a specified Excel spreadsheet format. Currently, I have the data read into a DataSet that consists of one DataTable. That DataTable has a specific name (for arguments purposes, let's say it's called "DataGrid"), that I need to use as the tab name in the exported Excel

Hello everyone. I am trying to export the contents of a DataGrid to MS Excel using VB.NET 2003. I've got a DataSet that I save as XML using the DataSet DataTable's WriteXml method. If I say XmlWriteMode.IgnoreSchema, it shows up great in Excel, but I can not reopen the file in my application because there is no schema for it. On the other hand, I can choose XmlWriteMode.WriteSchema, and the data in Excel looks more like some kind of code instead of the data: id=NewDataSet, name=NewDataSet, ns1:IsDataSet=TRUE, etc. If I open this...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
