Access and modify frameset properties in code behind class

Hello,

does anybody know how I can access and modify properties of my frameset
within my code behind class, or is that not possible at all? I tried to find
anything in the internet about this issue without any success.

Can anybody give me a light on this issue?

Thanks Hartmut

If your intent is to access the frameset from within on of the frame, then
you cannot. The server only know about the page that it is being requested.
The frameset is a different page and unless a postback happens on that page,
the frameset is not visible.

I've seen plenty of articles on this topic but none of them have been able to solve my problem. I am working with an Access 97 database on an NT4.0 machine, which has many Access reports. I want my users to be able to select a report, click on a command button on a form, which will then automatically create the report as a pdf file and save it to the user's machine. I am using Adobe Acrobat (5.0 I think) and have Adobe Distiller as a

Hi, I am automating Access reports to PDF using PDF Writer 6.0. I've created a DTS package to run the reports and schedule a job to run this DTS package. If I PC Anywhere into the server on where the job is running, the job runs sucessfully, PDF files got generated, everything is good. If I scheduled the job to run at the time that I am not logged into the server, Access is not able to print to the printer. The error is pretty...

Hello! In my mainpage i have two frames (MENU and MAIN). In the MAIN I load another page with frames (Sub_Frame.htm). It contains TOP and BOTTOM frame. In BOTTOM frame I have a page with a button (Result.aspx). What I want to do is from that button, change the SRC in a frameset two levels up (SRC for MAIN frame in Main_Frame.aspx should be changed from Sub_Frame.aspx to http://www.gotdotnet.com). How do I achieve this? Best regards /...

I've created a user control that extracts data from a database. The VB code is all contained in a code-behind file. I'm trying to extract a value from the request.querystring but keep getting the following error: Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately.

Hi all I have converted a simple project from ASP.NET 1 to 2.0 with the latest prerelease of Visual Studio 2005. The problem is I can't access internal members from the code behind. It gives: error CS0122: 'Class' is inaccessible due to its protection level This happens only when access members from code behind, not from the other classes. It compiles OK when making the class and its members public. However, I don't want to do that....

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
