Hi, I created a Custom Web Control.
My problem is , when I registed the control using the following line :
<%@ register TagPrefix="SARSTag" NameSpace="SARSControls"
Assembly="DataTextbox" %>
and then add the control to the page using this line :

I am trying to make a custom user control that gets a list of users from our
database and populates the list, its an owner drawn control also, the
problem is, I placed the item onto a form and every time i make a change to
the control it reads the database and adds new items to the listing but
never gets rid of the old items in the list, the form seems to be makeing a
stored copy of the items locally then rebuilding the list ontop of it......

I'm creating a multi-column dropdown since there isn't one. My idea
is to override an Infragistics Combo and add the dropdown as a grid
object. So I create a basic override of the control. The first thing
I want the control to do is kill the default button and add a new one.

Hello everyone,
I have created a custom component and one of its properties is a class
object with it's own properties. During runtime, I can assign values to the
class object properties just fine. However, when attempting to assing
default values as designtime in the propertygrid, nothing is working on the
class object. I know that I am doing it wrong, any ideas what it is?

Ok I've never implemented a snap location before so I dont really know what
im doing wrong here... anyways, I am making a custom slider control that
takes dates as its values instead of integers... then taking that date range
and finding dates specifiec between them (in a list of dates) and putting
snap marks, so if you slide it near one of them it should snap to that tick,
but that part i cant figure out. the rest seems ok so far... here...

Problem - Accessing each member of the custom control. I have a custom control which I created to hold 4 radio buttons. I have added 3 instances of the control to my application form. I can access the properties of each control but I am challenged as to how to determine which radio button on the control has been selected. Appropriate syntax would be helpful.

I have a custom control that is embedded (using the object tag) in an html document.
The control takes a path to a local client ini file.
Reads the file.
Executes the program specified in the ini on the client's PC.
After the program has ended the control looks in a client side temp folder (specified by the ini file) for an image created by the executed program.
If the image is there, then the control moves the file to a public folder...

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
