I have a custom menu control that I am creating using C#. I am rendering

Hi all
I'm very new to dotNet and just trying to get my head around the right way
to do the thing that I would normally do in asp.
In asp I would loop through a recordset and output all the html dynamically
for the layout I want. I have seen some examples of
using a repeater and they seem to be the thing to use when you don't want a
table of results, but I'm not sure how to change the
<ItemTemplate> depending on the contents of the...

Hi:
I have an aspx page that takes a dataset, makes the datagrid, and displays
it.
The new thing I have to do is take this same output and send it as an email.
Is there an easy way to do this? Any examples?
Thanks for the help!

Hi,
I have an asp.net page, which uses the response.write method calls
in the Page_Load method to output dynamically to the page. Unfortunately,
this always inserts text at the beginning of the file, before the
<!DOCTYPE...> definition. I would like to control the position, so that it
always appears in a certain place in my code (within a div or span with a
defined id). I did consider using innerHTML, but this doesn't appear to work
at...

Hi
I have an .aspx web form in which I would like to output only XML, no HTML.
The datasource is a datatable that's bult on the fly based on user input
from previous .aspx page so the XML output has to be genereated in the code
behind.
I was wondering if there is an elegant way of doing this in .NET using the
..NET classes...

I am wondering how to make ASP.NET output XML instead of HTML.
Here is my situation:
I am using IE as a front-end to browse company documents. Let's say,
a user wants a Word document called foobar, then they'd do a http
request for "getdoc.aspx?foobar"
Now what getdoc.aspx does is it gets the Word document from the server
file system, does an XSLT transform on it to hyperlink it to other

Hi guys
I want to use the output of an aspx form and render it to screen as a
'preview' of the page.
With an html file its easy but obviously an aspx page has to be run, and
then the finished html generated is what i then want.
How do i do this in .net 2?

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
