How receive C# Events from ActiveX Control

I wrote an ActiveX control, set up connection points.
How do I receive those events in my C# App that uses this AxControl?

Events are visible in the Interop and AxInterop Libs via ObjectBrowser. How
do I register for them?

I have been tasked with a project that I do not think can be accomplished. Our company has an application that runs as an unmanaged ActiveX control on user desktops. It is designed to work with our phone system. When a phone call comes in, users can click a button on the ActiveX control and begin recording. My task is to fire off this recording, behind the scenes, without user interaction, using the existing instance of the ActiveX...

I have a VB6 program which can receive Keydown events on an ActiveX control. The ActiveX control can't fire keydown events so I put a picturebox below the ActiveX control. I write codes in function picturebox_keydown in response to the keydown events on the ActiveX control. These can work well. But when I update these codes to vb.net I got a message 'UPGRADE_WARNING: PictureBox event Picture1.KeyDown can't be updated. Click to get more...

I have been working on a client project recently that is using winforms ..NET user controls within web pages in Internet Explorer, and need to find out how to make the user control communicate back to the webpage (typically to tell it that it has finished doing something). I started digging around and found out that I needed to implement a COM interface for the .NET user control, and pick up the events from that in Javascript on the...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
