Problems printing using system.diagnost ics.process

Hi,

I'm using the following code to print documents from the file system but i'm
encountering strange behaviour. If I print one document it works ok but if i
say loop round a list of files and print them they start coming out in the
wrong order, some of the documents are printed multiple times and others are
not printed at all.

I think it might be the invoked application, word, outlook, acrobat etc,
getting in a mess when it has to open and print a lot of documents.
Increasing the waitforexit value doesn't seem to help.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

proc = New System.Diagnost ics.Process
proc.StartInfo. FileName = strPath + strFilename
proc.StartInfo. Verb = "print"
proc.StartInfo. CreateNoWindow = True
proc.Start()
While Not proc.HasExited
proc.WaitForExi t(10000)
End While

When the user clicks a "Print" button, I create a report, using the .NET Framework printing classes, for each of the checked rows in the GridView. This works fine in the Visual Studio 2005 development environment on localhost. But, when I...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For...
