Just have a question with regards to the clipboard, and how to read what
other applications (Adobe InDesignCS) place in the clipboard.
I am currently in the process of creating a booklet from a database, and I
need the data to be laid out in a tabular format, and set out in a specific
way. At the current point in time, I am copy/pasting the raw text from the
database into a table layout in InDesign. What I was thinking is that if I
could...

Have a problem with clipboard. Using the standard way for copying the
image data:
read the image into "myBitmap"
copy the image into clipboard:
DataObject myData = new DataObject();
myData.SetData( DataFormats.Dib,true,myBitmap);
Clipboard.SetDataObject(myData,true);

The help for the Windows.Forms.Clipboard class states, "Place data on the
clipboard in multiple formats to maximize the possibility that a target
application, whose format requirements you might not know, can successfully
retrieve the data." So how do you do that? I want to place text and an
image on the Clipboard at the same time. But, when I run the following test
code only the text is on the Clipboard:
Dim bmp As New...

Hello All,
I¡¯m using a context menu associated with some pictureboxes to provide
copy/paste functionality. Copying the image to the clipboard was easy. But
pasting an image from the clipboard is proving to be more difficult. These
pictureboxes are bound to an AccessDB. If the user wants to add an image,
they select an image using an OpenFileDialog:
Dim result As DialogResult = Pic_Sel.ShowDialog()
If (result = DialogResult.OK) Then

I am using VB.net to put a bitmap on the clipboard. MS paint and MS wordpad
recognize the bitmap on the clipboard, but openoffice Writer does not. If I
put the bitmap on the clipboard from MS paint or MS wordpad, then the bitmap
is recognized be openoffice writer.
Any Ideas???

As many might know, windows allows to copy an image into the clipboard
by pressing the "Print Screen" button on the keyboard. Is it possible
to paste such an image from the clipboard into a "Text" widget in
Tkinter? Here is my first attempt with just trying to print out the
image data:
-----------------
def pasteImg(tgt):
global clipboardEnabled
if not clipboardEnabled: return

Hi,
I'm writing a custom clipboard application in VB .NET 2008 similar to
Ditto (http://ditto-cp.sourceforge.net/).
I have tried targeting .NET Frameworks 2.0, 3.0, and 3.5 with the same
results.
I have also tried targeting x86 and x64 CPUs. I am developing on
Windows Vista SP 1 x64.
My problem is that when pasting to IE forms, nothing is pasted! It

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends,
With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. I'm particularly interested in Zigbee because I've heard it does some...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
