Hi All
I got a datagrid and a ComboBox on a form. I populate the combobox with
years for all the data avaiable. When the user chooses a year the datagrid
is populated with the specific years information.
Problem... when the users scrolls the datagrid with the mouse wheel it work
for 2 wheel clicks and then for some reason the focus jumps to the combobox
and the year is then changes there for causing the data to change and errors...

nothing has really helped. I want to find out and retrieve copies of
any selected records that are in a dataview. One thing I have done is
used the MouseDown event and HitTestInfo to find out what record has

Hi,
In Datagrid, while setting width of column through GridColumnStyles
collection. width does not set to exact width that I am setting in my code.
If I set width to 13, it is changed to 130 or if set to 208, it changes to
206.
On changing width of column I am resizing the width of grid. I am using

I'm a beginner. I have a problem. In my datagrid i have read only data
grid. I written code to delete a row by using delete key in keydown
event of datagrid. But this event is not always firing. I have to
select index using mouse and when i press delete key the arrow icon
change into a pen. And then i have to click the same row with the
mouse and then press delete key. Now it's works. Why? I want to delete

Hello,
Please pardon my ignorance as I'm sure this is easy to do. I have a datagrid
where I want to let the user delete columns. I added a context menu to the
datagrid that has a delete option. If the user right clicks on a column
heading can I highlight that column and then delete it? I'm not exactly sure
how to highlight it or figure out what column has been clicked.
In my testing so far when I use the context menu I always get the...

Can someone give a sample to prevent a row from being deleted in a
datatable?
I tried e.Row.RejectChanges(); in dt_RowDeleting() but seems does not work.
I need verify if there other data using data in this row before actually
remove it from datagrid.
I can certainly control with Delete button. But if I want to allow the user
to use Del key on the keyboard, I lost this kind control.
