determine monitor resolutions?

I need to programmaticall y determine the dpi of individual monitors on a
multimonitor system. I'm using Screen.AllScree ns to get the monitors but
that only tells me their resolution in pixels. Can someone point me in the
right direction please?

Thanks.

You could manually convert it assuming you know, or could extract the
monitor sizes. Its along the lines of :

Resolution (pixels) / Screen Size (inches) = DPI

I work on a 19" monitor. To approximately test different resolutions, I use "Sizer" software (http://www.brianapps.net/sizer.html) to test in 800x600 and 460x800. However, that is viewing the screen on my monitors 0.24 mm Dot Pitch. I can pick up used 15" monitors for under $50, and my graphics card can run 2 monitors at the same time. Is...

I have an application where a 3rd party viewer is displayed next to a VB2005 app. I was told that the viewer needs to occupy the left 2/3 of the screen and the app the right 1/3. Is there something built in that will allow me to dynamically scale the forms and all contained controls based on the monitor resolution. I already can detect the...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
