Hi John,

Thanks for your response. Actually when i click the Back button it does not
open any other page. It tries to go to the previous page and again it shows
the same page only. Basically it remains on the same page.

Thanks,

Dear Rajagopal,
I got your problem..
Here's a link, Please go through the code they have written..
"Working with Frames in .NET"

http://www.15seconds.com/issue/030528.htm

My Suggestion is, Please don't use Frames!! At some frequency of thinking,
it will be very useful, but.. it is difficult, when you want to refresh,
target to a page etc...

Thanks & Regards,
John Paul. A

Could anyone please help me on this?? I have a php script page, which is basically quiz. Visitors (after login in with their email address) are supposed to answer each question, and when they click the button at the bottom, the next page will show which problems they got right or wrong. Now my visitors, after seeing some problems they got wrong, click Back button at the Explorer menu, and if they do, they get the below message:...

Hi, This is probably more of an Internet Explorer-related problem but I thought I would crosspost to microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.aspnet as this problem has probably occured for other ASP.NET programmers. I have a web form which sends a dynamically generated Excel spreadsheet to the client by intercepting Response.OutputStream. Because I'm intercepting page's OutputStream, the document gets sent to the client at the same URL

Hello, I am using the following code to prevent users to see the previous pages: Response.CacheControl = "no-cache"; Response.AddHeader( "Pragma", "no-cache" ); Response.Expires = -1; When users select the "Back" button in IE, they see the message:

I can't believe this is such an impossibility... I have an asp.net page. It accepts data through on form fields and includes a submit button. The page loads up and you fill out some stuff. The submit button posts the page back to the server. The button code detects an entry error and sends the page back to the user. This all works. However, if the user presses the Back button at this point, we go back and all the form values are...

Hello, I have two apsx pages, and I set a session variable in asp1 and click to a button to go to aspx2. In aspx2, I use this session variable in the query and show data on the datagrid. I do this in the page) load without any post back check. My problem is: each time I click button and go to aspx2, it is always previous data shown in the data grid (as if cash is brought and query is not performed), when I click refresh in the internet...

Has anyone else seen this? Every now and then when using the back button on our site, we get an IE popup box saying: "Internet Explorer cannot open the internet site: https://mysite.com/asdfasdf Operation Aborted" Most times you just click OK and you are fine, but in some instances you have to reload the page. We are using frames and dynamically loaded ASCX files.

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
