Thanks Supra
You mean .NET Compact Framework 1.1 or just .NET Framework SDK v1.1.
I have installed the later one already when I install .NET Visual Studio
2003 (the lastest version from microsoft).
I have use Embeded C++ to Develop Pocket PC application for several years.
Since the Studio 2003 can develop smartdevice application such as Pocket PC,
I want to try if this new tool is suitable for me.
I tried to do some small c# smartdevice application to my Pocket PC. I found
lack of functionality for the smartdevice application. for example, the PUSH
BUTTON does not has FORECOLOR and BACKCOLOR properties. I search MSDN web
site and micorsoft has new .NET Compact Framework 1.0 SP2 released. This
service pack says color properties are included. I download and install it.
I did not find any difference. but I could not create any new project
yesterday. I remove the sp2. it is same result.
By the way, I can open an exist project. But I can not add new item such as
Windows Form to this project.
I do not know if I need to restall Studio 2003. I hope not.

Hi
After I install .NET Compact Framework 1.0 SP2. Error message
"Automation server can't create object" is displayed by Microsoft Developement
Enviroment 2003 version 7.1.3088 when I create any new project.
Same message will display even though I remove the SP2.
