Has anyone solved the issue of translating lists in Word 2003 (WordML)
into xHTML? I have been trying to get the nested table code for my XSLT
to work for a while now, with no way to get the collection that I need.
To begin, I am using xsltproc that conmes with Cygwin as my processor.
I have no particular affinity to this processor except that it is open
source and standards compliant. I don't like M$, but if using a M$

A course may have an intro workshop (a type of event), a mid course
workshop, a final exam. Or any combination. Or something different in the
future.
At the moment the printed output is usually going to Word. It's turning into
an unholy mess, because I'm having to prepare umpteen different Word
templates, and the queries that drive them, depending on what events a
course has.

Where I work we have Thousands of Word Templates that when opened loads
data form a SQL Server database. Because we have so many templates I
created a access database so we can easly search though them.
Everything works fine except a hyperlink to the Word Templates and the
hyperlink opens the template but not in the desired maner, it opens it
to be edited and not a new document that runs agains the Sql server. Is

I have set up a mail merge document in Word 2003 which gets its data from my
Access 2000 database. I want to set up a button on a form that:
1. runs the query to provide the dat for the merge document in Word;
2. opens the document and runs the merge process for the new data.
I have managed to write the code to perform step 1 ok, but I'm having

Hi,
I have a peculiar problem. Hope some body can help.
I want to open up a word document on the client from a ASPX page. When a user clicks a button I want to show him a word document whose contents have to come from the server.
The problem is my server will not have any office application installed on it.
Is it possible?
Could somebody please help me with this.

I have to open a MS Word 2003 document from a web page and then save it to a web server. My problem is that I can't find out how to make a new document from a template in code. The templates that I use have some code in from where I copy the custom forms to the new document, but just opening the template and saving it as a document, screws around with the code

I have a form with a cbo which get's its data from a table. This combo
returns names of MS Word files in the following path:
C:\shares\files\*.dot
I would like to open these files (actually it should open a copy of the
template and not the dot file itself) using the OnChange event of my
cbo.

Hello,
I m working with Templates in MS Word. I have established the user Template locations in Word with ".dot" file But after that I m getting error as "Invalid procedure call or argument (Error 5)" while opening any Word Document.
Can anyone tell me about why it is coming like? I think that the problem is with the code in Project to be coming after Alt+F11,but still I can't trace that error.
