This problem happens like every half our.
I can build or rebuild a project and start the debugger just fine. But every
now and then, a Confgiration Error, "Access is denied: 'myproject' is shown,
marking <add assembly="*" /> in red.
The underlying problem is, that one of the sub-folders in
C:/WINDOWS/Microsoft.NET/Framework/v1.1.4322/Temporary ASP.NET

I installed a control that i got rid of. Now when i try and run another
project i get an Access is Denied {to that control}. It highlites <add
assembly="*"> from the machine.config file. How can i get asp.net to not
look for that control anymore? Please help!

In the root of a web site (C:\Inetpub\wwwroot), I have a .NET 1.1
application. I've just added a .NET 2.0 application to another directory
under the web site root (C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\20App).
After restarting the IIS server, the 1.1 application works fine - however,
when I first request a page from the 2.0 application (which also works fine,
by the way), the 1.1 application stops working. Every time I request a page

I'm having some problems with the authentication during a web service

I know I have to add the "Authorization: Basic xxxxxxxx" in the http
header (not soap header) but I can't find a way to add it.
I've tryed to use ethereal to watch what I'm sending and I can see all
the header

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
