Disable Datagrid Children

Is it possible to disable the Windows form datagrid "children
dropdowns"? I'm loading the datagrid with a dataset that has multiple
tables & relations, but don't necessarily want the user to be able to
access them through the datagrid.

TIA
Jamie

Hi, the application I am writing has a MainMenu and a DataGrid (UltraGrid). Now I have to edit the text of each cell in this grid. So far so good. All works fine in editmode but if I press a key which is also a shortcut it doesn´t work and the menuitem-clickevent will be performed.

I thought the only thing I had to do to disable column sorting in VB.NET was to set datagrid.AllowSorting = False. Unfortunately this has never worked for me. I discovered another set of code that seems to work for 99% of the cases where I need to disable datagrid column sorting: Private Sub datagrid_MouseDown(ByVal sender As Object,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...
