Printing Content of Data Grid From Dotnet Application

I want to print the content of a datagrid within my
dotnet application. The user will make adjustments to the
datagrid columns or rows then print the content to a
printer of their choice. The datagrid is populated with
one of several datatable within a dataset.

Do anyone have a solution I can use?

Thanks,

James

Hi, I am trying to programmatically print a pdf file via an asp.net application. I have seen other postings that mention the following code used or something similar to it in a vb.net app. Process.Start("C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 5.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe", "/p /h ""C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 5.0\Help\ENU\ACROBAT.PDF""")

I'm having problems printing to a line printer from both Crystal Reports and SQL Server reporting services using dotnet. When I try and print a report from an application with Crystal I get the error message "the data area passed to a system call is too small", and nothing else. With SSRS when I try to print the report from the IDE I get the same error, I can load the report up to the report server and view it with IE, then print it from...

I was wondering if someone could suggest were/how I could get started with setting up printing of a collection of text that includes tables from a grid and other supporting information about the grid's contents. If you could just point me at the classes that I should consider and some very broad guidelines that would be great. For instances, would a good approach be to build an rich text document somehow with the proper formatting and then...

Greetings, (.NET 2.0, WinXP Pro/Server 2003, IE6 with latest service packs). I've decided to take advantage of the layout characteristics of HTML documents to simplify my printing tasks, but of course it's thrown up a whole host of new issues... I'm generating a multi page printable document in HTML from my app, and displaying it in a WebBrowser control. I've looked into using some CSS

Hi, I am getting into printing with VB.NET 2005 and want to implement the usual capability that a user can select a selection of pages. I have a report that is generated by my application that if the user wants all pages will produce 3 pages. I want to offer the user the ability to select via the print dialog that only pages 1 and 2 of it are printed or possibly pages 1 and 3 but not 2. At the moment I can produce all three pages...

Greetings. BACKGROUND: My sites are pure XHTML 1.1 with CSS 2.1 for markup. My pages are delivered as application/xhtml+xml for all non-MS web clients, and as text/xml for all MS web clients (Internet Explorer). My flash content was originally brought in via the “flash satay” method, but I have since used some server-side magic do deliver one <objecttag

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development projectplanning, coding, testing, and deploymentwithout human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers.
