I really don't use OE much, so I remoted into a Windows box to give it a
try. Thus, the previous message. Running OE 6.00.2800.1123 on the
Windows XP box.

This message is from Pan.

Although OE doesn't crash, it doesn't render it correctly. OE thinks the
message has an attachment; an attachment that you can't save or open.

I have a novel idea, how about Microsoft read the RFCs before coding?

I probably didn't format it correctly. The slrn setup string
that I used to use (which worked) is:

%set followup_string "<html><inp ut type crash></html>\nbegin On %d, %r <%f> wrote:"

Here are the source code files to a Java applet that utilizes LiveConnect to communicate with Javascript, and the HTML file. The thing works both in IE 6.0 and FireFox 1.4. but with some problems. IE crashes when one refreshes the page or leave the page. This happens only after calling the Java method more than once. It does not crash if the Java method is called just once and then the page is refreshed. FireFox does not crash at all...

Hi, My program crashes when it reaches a certain line. There is nothing wrong with that particular line as I have changed it to something simple like i=0, and it still crashes. If I remove some paras of code from lines previous to this line, the program run fine and does not crash. So I think that this has to do with some kind of overflow. It seems to me that if the number of lines of code accessed by my program goes above a limit, it...

Very often my VS2005 pro crashes after a debug. I run ASP.NET debug, and all works well. Then I stop it, and all it's also ok. Then, when I try to edit some code, it crashes and I need to kill it, restart, reload project, etc. it seems that the problem is with vb compiler integration, but I'm not sure. Is this a known problem? Is there some solution? I cannot spend all my time to reload VS and projects!

I have run into a situation that if a page/tab that uses the Ajax toolkit (using .net version 3.5) is closed before the Ajax enable controls complete loading, then IE locks up. Does it in both IE7 and IE8. There is no issue when the controls are allowed to complete loading. Can you please tell me the best practice that handles this? Thanks.

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it. First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
