49 New Member
Hello Everyone,

In my database I found few special character, these special character were get stored even after using proper function for striping out these character, like mysql_real_esca pe function in php.
I found these characters in my database

Sipsâ„¢ should be Sips™

There’s should be There’s
Rosé: should be Rosé:
’ should be '

I want to use original characters (like instead of There’s I want to display There’s) .

mysql_real_esca pe function doesnt strip anything out.
It escapes some characters so that SQL will ignore them as commands.
The characters you mention are perfectly legal characters.
European and symbols maybe.
This is something that needs to be handled by the front end.

Here is the basic scenario: - Configuration data is gathered from Oracle servers then ftp'd to my apache / mysql server. - The apache / mysql server receives the datafile from the Oracle clients and loads the data into a MySQL database. - The webpages are coded using PHP, SQL, and some JavaScript.

Anyhow, I've just about got all the kinks worked out but I am having trouble preserving data as it gets entered into the database. Primarily, quotes and special characters. Spcifically, I noticed it stripped out some double quotes and a "Registered" symbol ® (not the ascii but the actual character"

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
