Hello,
I want to write a simple encrypter, but I've got a problem:
How can I convert characters into integers?
I have got a string from the user, for example "Hi!".
Now I get every character with a loop:
<code>
buffer = ""
for i in range(len(message)):

void Access(char *str) {
char *pt = str;
while (pt != '0') {
if (isalpha(*pt))

I've read in the standard that addresses
basically can't be interpreted as integers.
If they can, it is implementation defined
behavior. However, if they can't be viewed
as integers in any sense as far as portability
goes, what then, should one think of addresses
being composed of?

The following code fragment prompts the user to enter two integers
separated by a space. It works the way I want it to, but a friend
said it's not correct and said it can cause a buffer overflow. I
don't really see anything wrong with it. Can someone enlighten me?
int main(void)
{
int i,j;
char buff;

For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...
