As an SQL programmer, I have lurked this group. Many questions have to do
with queries and updates. I would like to respond to these posts, but the
description of the problem makes it difficult. Here is what I propose;
- when you have a question, post the CREATE Table statements in real MySQL
syntax. That way we could re-create the database quickly and test our
solutions against it.
- In your create, specify datatypes, null or not null, keys and references.
- In your create. specify storage engine type
-Also include 'inserts' with data.
You will get better answers faster.
