UCS2 question

=2D----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

Hi,

Sorry if this is a stupid question.

I'm running BK MySQL 4.1.1alpha, and I'm trying to talk to a table with a=20
charset of UCS2. (I'm mixing hebrew and latin-1 characters in it, and it=20
seems the best way.) - I'm talking to it from a program I'm developing usin=
g=20
mysql++.

How am I supposed to enter the ucs2 characters into the SQL database? I can=
't=20
see that I can use the actual bytes in the SQL query, as I'll end up with=20
null characters in the data I send to the SQL server. How do I write an SQL=
=20
statement that contains UCS2 characters?

Thanks,
Simon

Ok, 3rd or is it the 4th time I have asked this question on Partial Types, so, since it seems to me that Partial Types is still in the design or development stages at Microsoft, I am going to ask it differently. FOUR QUESTIONS: The background: I got three (3) files

Hallo, does anyone know how to convert HTML Entities into UCS2-String (Value). For example: I need to convert Sułowska 43 (value in mysql database) to a unicode string with the specified polish character(s) (Polish is just a example).

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
