Hi everyone,
I have an Oracle trigger that writes any updates to a specified table
to a file on the filesystem (using pl/sql). How can this be done using
triggers in mySQL 5+?

Hi
Can I trigger an external program to run when a new record is added to
the mysql table?
The external program is in C and instead of scanning the table
continuously for new insertions, it will be better if an external
program could be triggered.
Any suggestions?

i found out that to create a trigger i have to remove the BEGIN and END and it works, but as i put an IF STATEMENT inside like this one:

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
