I am trying to find a Telco Database, written for mysql with a web
front-end. We are trying to manage a telco switch and need to track things
like ports, circuits, cards, etc.
Has anyone seen/developed an open source database for a similar application.
It would basically be a Metasolv alternative...

Metasolv is probably the best. What features does it not
have that you need?
