Hi!
I am using Xerces 2.2.0 for C++ as XML parser and I have problems when
transcoding central european signs to unicode, that is I get strange signs
in the XML output file and not the ones I want there to be.
Default encoding type for XML document is UTF-8.
To transcode chars to unicode I use
XMLString::transcode(someData).unicodeForm().

I have the following problem. I need to read data from a TXT file our
company receives.
I would use StreamReader, and process it line by line using ReadLine,
however, the following problem occurs.
The file contains characters with ASCII codes above 128. But the file is
still text (nothing like UTF7/8 or the like). It also might contain + signs.

I am having a problem displaying Unicode characters on my Forms labels and
buttons. After coding Button1.Text = unicode; where the unicode is a Unicode
character or string (‘\u1234’ or “\u1234”) It seems to work the first time I
set the button to the Unicode character. After a while, when saving my code,
I get a pop-up window stating that I need to save the file as a Unicode else
my changes will not be saved.

listed, with "longitude" and "latitude". Anytime someone takes a step,

The first line means roughly:
Doing Authenticode signature to project output.
The second line is harder to translate. The reason is that the second line
says it successfully signed something that doesn't exist. I don't have a

So i can not define an own font for all languages and this special signs.
I have an custom Font with only this special signs (unicode range uE100 -
uE200) . Now i need an technic to diplay Text in different controls where the

print has nothing to do with your problem; the problem is
unicode(media) -- as you specified no encoding, it uses the default
encoding, which is ascii . As the 2nd byte is 0x9c, ascii is going nowhere.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
